Thank you for contacting Linden Lab support. I am sorry to hear about your login issues.
What I need you to do is uninstall every viewer that is currently on your system, including the official Second Life viewer. To do this properly follow the steps found here: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/...nstall-and-reinstall-Second-Life/ta-p/1375231
Also make sure to clear the temp files out of your app data folder and then shut down the computer. Once the computer is shut down please unplug both your modem and router for at least five minutes. After five minutes plug them back up and then turn the computer back on.
Once this is done please only reinstall the official Second Life viewer and attempt the action again. Please do not install any other viewers until you have gotten back to me with the outcome and I have given you the ok to do so as it can interfere with further troubleshooting.
